Director and Co-Founder of Disha Counseling Center, Mugdha is Trained in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Her area of expertise is career guidance, psychometric assessment, assessor for assessment centers, psychotherapy and sports psychology.
An international level swimmer herself, she has won the prestigious state level award, the Chhatrapati Award. She practices as a Sports Psychologist and has helped many IPL, Ranji players as well as national and international level players help improve their performance and reach their true potential in sport. She is also attached to many organizations and clubs as a sport psychologist and works towards training athletes in mental conditioning.
