A seasoned business strategy personnel with experience across industries and geographies, strategizing business unit's and company's growth path through effective contribution towards revenue channels.

My current position reports to 'Customer Strategy and Analytics' vertical head in Star Sports and demonstrates opportunities to create disproportionate monetization value for STAR India ad sales. I have set up the regional functionality under a centralized leadership, and currently in process of evolving the capability of the team functionally and operationally. The core tasks involve identifying the money pot in the market, and prepare integrated strategy blueprint for the sales, product management, brand solutions teams, and quite frequently be a part of the pitches to the clients and media agencies as well. Understanding competition from broader spectator "share of mind", and effective and timely execution of the strategic priorities is key the team's responsibility areas.

In my previous role as research project manager in Gartner, my responsibilities were to lead research execution steps, stakeholder engagement, research content product creation and delivery for various end user vertical and service provider groups. Expectations were to act as a strategic partner for Gartner advisors, clients and chiefs of research, and help my team improve ROI by aligning our efforts towards important documents and agenda and have high client value, eventually ensure quality and scalability in the vertical.
