Before you choose to throw an athlete on an unstable surface on one foot, make sure you challenge the hell out of their single leg balance on a solid surface (similar to a solid surface they play their sport on). Solid surface only here. Lookin to get out of the ground quick, and in a straight line! TJ lookin better and better as the days go! Consistency is key!
