Jazzy Davidson finished her high school basketball career as the No. 1 recruit in the nation, a title previously held by the Oklahoma Sooners commit Aaliyah Chavez.

The 6-foot-1 combo guard signed for the USC Trojans on Nov. 13 last year and is set to play for them next season. Davidson arrived at the USC practice facility, accompanied by her future teammates, as shared on the USC Women's Basketball Instagram page on Thursday.

"The No. 1 player in the country is 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘. Let’s do this, @jazzydavidson ✌️," the post was captioned.

According to On3, Jazzy Davidson received offers from programs including UCLA Bruins, UConn Huskies, Tennessee Volunteers and Duke Blue Devils. She also took an unofficial visit to the Trojans on Mar. 27 and an official visit to the Bruins on Oct. 11 last year.


A look at Jazzy Davidson's high school basketball career

The combo guard started her freshman year at Clackamas High School in Clackamas, Oregon. She was named the Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year in her debut season, averaging 22.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.1 steals, 2.7 assists and 1.4 blocks per game.

She won the award twice in her sophomore and junior years. She continued to show her skills on the court in her senior year and earned a spot in the prestigious McDonald's All-American Game and the Nike Hoop Summit, in her senior year.

Jazzy Davidson also won two gold medals for Team USA in the FIBA Under-18 Women's AmeriCup and the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup.
