JJ Andrews, the No. 23 recruit in the Class of 2026, will commence his senior year at the Little Rock Christian Academy in Little Rock, Arkansas. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has turned heads with his performances at the NBPA Top 100 Camp, which commenced on Monday at Rock Hill Sports and Events Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Andrews, who plays for Team Drummond, led his team to a 2-1 record with wins against Team Winslow and Team Jones. Andrews shared the box score from the 118-100 defeat to Team Singleton after dropping 32 points on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.
Apart from scoring, Andrews also grabbed six rebounds and dished out two assists, shooting 12-for-20 and 2-for-3 from the 3-point range in 27 minutes.

Andrews and Co. will next face Team Taylor on Thursday and Team Gibson on Friday.
Last season, Andrews led his high school to a 24-8 record and a 13-3 record in the Arkansas Section 5A Central Basketball League, where they finished second, behind Maumelle. However, their AHSAA state title run came to an end in the second round after a 95-82 loss against Benton.
JJ Andrews averaged a double double last season, with 28.5 points, 10.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 blocks, earning him a place in the MaxPreps All-American third team.
Why did JJ Andrews commit to Arkansas?
The shooting guard received plenty of offers from top programs, including Oklahoma Sooners, Missouri Tigers, Marquette Golden Eagles and LSU Tigers. However, he committed to the Razorbacks on May 15, after taking an official visit on Dec. 29 last year.
He spoke about his decision with On3.
“I feel like Arkansas is ultimately a great fit for me,” he said. “They operate like professionals every day and I feel like I will be competing against the best of the best everyday in practice."
JJ Andrews is the only player from the 2026 Class to commit to Arkansas.
