Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes had high hopes heading into their Week 13 showdown against Kansas State. The Buffs were on a four-game winning streak and on course to compete for the Big 12 title after last year's disappointing 4-8 campaign.
Unfortunately, Deion Sanders' hopes of winning a conference title and a spot in the playoffs in his second campaign with the program hit a roadblock. Despite their best efforts, they were bested by the Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday, thanks to a masterclass from RB Devin Neal.
The Buffs dropped to 8-3, while the Jayhawks secured their fifth win of the season. If they win their final regular season showdown against Baylor next week, they will become Bowl eligible.
Fans took to social media to share memes and troll Deion Sanders' team after their Week 13 loss. Here are the top 10 memes cracking up the internet.

Deion Sanders reflects on Week 13 loss against the Kansas Jayhawks
In the post-game press conference, Coach Prime shared his perspective on why his team couldn't improve on their four-game winning streak. He said that they were blinded by the success they were enjoying, leading to them being careless against the Jayhawks.
Coach Prime also praised the Jayhawks for playing their best and had the upper hand against the Buffs on the field:
"We started smelling ourselves a bit. That's what I just told our team. We got intoxicated with the success. We got intoxicated with the multiple of articles and assumptions that we're this and the assumption that we're that. And we did not play CU football. Therefore, we got our b***s kicked. It is what it is.
"We could not stop the bleeding... That's hats off to them (Kansas). They were physical. They out-physicaled us. They outplayed us. They wanted it a lot more than we did."
Colorado's conference title contention chances took a massive hit after the loss to the Jayhawks. Their final regular season game is against Oklahoma State. It will be interesting to see if Deion Sanders can still be hopeful of lifting the Big 12 trophy in his second campaign with the program.
