More than 11,000 college football players have allowed EA College Football 25 to put their name, image and likeness in the game in exchange for $600 and a free copy of the video game. However, that does not mean every single player for each FBS program is included.

The exclusion of some players makes sense but others may have different reasons to not want to be in the game. Let's take a closer look at the CFB players who are not going to be in EA College Football 25.

JT Tuimoloau, Ohio State Buckeyes

Senior defensive end JT Tuimoloau has been arguably the biggest name that is not included in EA College Football 25. He is one of the better players on the Ohio State Buckeyes defense as the All-American had five sacks, a fumble recovery and a pair of pass deflections in 2023.

This is one major omission that makes Buckeyes fans a bit disappointed, but do not be surprised if he makes his way into the game after launch as others could be included.

Bam Brima, Pittsburgh Panthers

When selecting the Pittsburgh Panthers, there is going to be one glaring omission from their roster: senior defensive lineman Bam Brima. He had a career year in 2023 as he finished with three sacks, two fumble recoveries and a pass deflection.

Dominick McKinley, LSU Tigers

Incoming freshmen are included in the game, but not all of them as LSU Tigers defensive tackle Dominick McKinley isn't in the game right now. According to 247 Sports, he was the 18th-ranked prospect in the 2024 class.

Ja'Kobi Lane, USC Trojans

When a person selects the USC Trojans, they will not see wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane as he did not give his NIL rights for the video game. Last season, he finished with seven receptions for 93 yards (13.3 yards per catch) and a pair of touchdowns. While this is not a massive player to be added, he's still a critical player for Lincoln Riley's program.

Kole Taylor, West Virginia Mountaineers

The West Virginia Mountaineers are without their star tight end Kole Taylor in EA College Football 25. The LSU transfer showcased his talents last year with 35 receptions for 444 yards (12.7 yards per catch) and four touchdowns. Taylor is going to be a big factor this season and it will be interesting to see if he winds up making his way into the game.
