The Georgia Bulldogs put aside any crisis rumors in Week 12 when they defeated the No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers, 31-17, on Saturday. Kirby Smart's team is still one of the most dangerous in the country, and they'll be a matchup nightmare if they qualify for the expanded College Football Playoff at the end of the 2024 regular season.
Ahead of the Bulldogs' next game against the Massachusetts Minutemen, let's take a look at their starting quarterback and current QB depth chart.

Georgia's starting QB against the Massachusetts Minutemen in Week 13
Carson Beck has started all 10 games for the Georgia Bulldogs in his senior year with the program. Beck is the undisputed QB1 for Kirby Smart's side, and his position has never been under serious threat since he assumed the role ahead of the 2023 college football season.
However, Beck is having a statistically less impressive season with the Bulldogs in 2024. The Jacksonville, Florida-born shot-caller has amassed 2,835 passing yards, 19 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions in 10 games with a QBR of 80.5.
His completion percentage has declined seven percentage points from last year (65.1% from 72.4%) and his interceptions have doubled (6 to 12) with two games still to go.
Beck's performances this season have affected his draft stock, and he'll be looking to lead the Bulldogs to a national championship as a starter in order to score some much-needed points ahead of the 2025 NFL draft.
Next year's draft is rather quarterback-heavy, and Beck needs to prove that he's as good as or better than the likes of Shedeur Sanders, Cameron Ward, Quinn Ewers, and more.
Georgia Bulldogs' QB depth chart
The Georgia Bulldogs have an impressive quarterback rotation heading into their Week 13 showdown against the Minutemen. Both Gunner Stockton and Ryan Puglisi are plug-and-play QBs and can do a job if Beck is unable to feature.
Stockton is in his senior year with the Bulldogs, and he's been a backup on the program since he arrived from Rabun County High School. A former five-star prospect, Stockton's dual-threat ability is his biggest asset, and he provides a different skill set for the Kirby Smart-coached Bulldogs if need be.
Puglisi is the third quarterback on the Bulldogs' depth chart in the lead-up to their next game. Puglisi is in his freshman season and is fresh off a standout stint at Avon Old Farms High School. He was a four-star prospect coming out of high school and competes with Stockton for the primary backup role behind Carson Beck.
