"I love those guys," coach Kenni Burns said, via Akron Beacon Journal. "I appreciate everything they've done for Kent State. I thought they fought their tails off and tried to do all they could to get us to win that football game. I'll always be grateful to them. Sorry we couldn't get it done for them today."

“Other teams are fighting for their football life,” said QB C.J. Ogbonna, who threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns on 18-of-28 passing, via BuffaloSportsVoice. “(Eastern Michigan), they’re trying to get bowl-eligible, so they’re fighting, and they weren’t going to just go away easy. We had to keep our foot on the pedal and not let them come back in.”
The Bulls are led by Ogbonna who's thrown for 2,051 yards, 16 touchdowns and four interceptions. Al-Jay Henderson has rushed for 774 yards and seven touchdowns, and JJ Jenkins has 533 receiving yards and four touchdowns.

The Bulls will be able to cruise to a lopsided win here as Kent State is the worst FBS team this season. The Golden Flashes won't be able to move the ball and its defense has also struggled.
