London Merritt, a four-star defensive end from IMG Academy, de-committed from Ohio State to join the Colorado Buffaloes on Thanksgiving. The decision came after visits to Boulder, where he connected with Coach Deion Sanders and the program’s culture. During his visits, Merritt appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the personal connections the coaching staff fostered with him and his family.
“I feel like family at Colorado & they’re building something there that I want to be apart of. We are going to shock the world!” Merritt said after committing to the Buffs.
