Deion Sanders has urged his son Shilo Sanders to beat Stanford in Week 7 this weekend. After back-to-back losses against highly ranked Oregon and USC, Sanders and his Colorado team went on to beat Arizona State 27-24 last weekend.

The game also marked the return of his safety son Shilo Sanders to the field, after an unfortunate injury against the Oregon Ducks. After a week 4 blowout to Oregon, Shilo complained about was peeing blood because of a tackle made in the game. He was hospitalized immediately.

Deion Sanders decided to let his son sit out the 48-41 loss to USC. Shilo made his comeback against Arizona State last weekend, and his presence had an immediate impact on the Buffaloes' defensive line. He recorded five solo tackles and one assisted tackle to help the Buffs return to winning ways.

Now, it looks like Deion Sanders is trying his best to instill a sense of motivation into his safety son ahead of their week 7 clash with Stanford. Coach Prime shared a post on Instagram along with Shilo Sanders, captioning it:

"Let's do this baby", while tagging Shilo.

Shilo transferred from Jackson State along with his quarterback brother Shedeur when Deion Sanders joined the Colorado program. Both have been having a memorable debut season. One of the highlights for Shilo was during the game against Colorado State.

The safety intercepted a pass from Rams quarterback Brayden-Fowler Nicolosi. He then went on to sprint to the end-zone, making an incredible 80-yard pick six for his team.

It was his first and only TD for Colorado this season, as the expectations from Shilo Sanders continue to grow.

Deion Sanders revealed about how he threw shade at Shilo Sanders

During an interview on 'Inside the NFL', Coach Prime opened up about a particular moment from the week 3 win against Colorado State. The Colorado defense had been struggling against the Rams, and Coach Prime had a game plan for overtime.

He talked about how Shilo approached him to ask whether the defense would go out first. That's when he thew a father-son shade at Shilo for the way the defense was performing on the field.

"Shilo walked by me, and instead of saying coach like he's supposed to when we're on the field, he said, 'Dad, are the defense going out there first?'
"I said, 'Boy, y'all ain't stopped anybody all day, I'm putting your brother out there. I'm putting your brother out there because I know what he's going to do", Sanders said.

Deion Sanders will hope that both of his sons are on top of their game to secure the win against Stanford this weekend. What will Colorado's last season in the Pac-12 Conference look like this year?
