Cartersville High School (Georgia) wide receiver Brady Marchese reaffirmed his commitment to Georgia on Wednesday, ending speculation about a possible flip to Sherrone Moore's Michigan Wolverines.
Marchese, a four-star recruit ranked No. 55 among Class of 2026 receivers and No. 353 nationally, committed to Kirby Smart's Bulldogs in March.
Reports surfaced this week that Marchese might switch to the Wolverines after a May 30 visit to Ann Arbor. On3's Steve Wiltfong predicted a Michigan flip, with On3 giving Michigan a 71.2% chance to land him compared to Georgia's 25.7%.

"Georgia is Home. Go Dawgs," Marchese told On3's Hayes Fawcett.
Michigan has a history of poaching recruits from its competitors. The recruiting saga of five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood, Ty Haywood and Shamari Earls illustrates this.
Marchese dropped by Athens on Monday and praised the Bulldogs' "winning culture."
"My visit just solidified how great the winning culture is at Georgia and how they develop players," Marchese told On3. "I have been to Athens six or seven times, and each visit gets better. My commitment to Georgia is strong."
Brady Marchese prioritised the Georgia Bulldogs
Brady Marchese committed to Georgia on March 15. He had put the Bulldogs on priority as compared to the other offers he received.
“It was kind of unbelievable, I couldn’t really believe it,” Marchese told DawgsHQ in March. “It meant a lot to me being a Georgia boy and having that happen to me meant a lot.
"It’s Georgia, they’ll always sit pretty high in my recruitment. I want to get up there and see what it’s about and get into it a little more than what I know about it already.”
He had received offers from Florida and Virginia Tech, among others, but chose to play for Kirby Smart's program.
The Bulldogs' Class of 2026 consists of 13 commits, including five-star quarterback Jared Curtis, CB Justice Fitzpatrick, safety Jordan Smith and others, according to On3.
