Alabama Crimson Tide 17-year old wide receiver Ryan Williams has responded to an apology quarterback Jalen Milroe gave him after the win against the LSU Tigers on Saturday, Nov. 9 in Week 11.
During this game, Milroe barely threw to his recievers, thus prompting the apology as he felt that he wasn't giving them the ball enough.
However, Williams appears to provide an uplifting response to the quarterback's message that only validates Milroe's performance.

"Bro, look at your stats. We don’t care. We winning…”
Milroe almost singlehandedly gave the Crimson Tide a win over LSU. The quarterback is known for his rushing ability, which was on full display in this game.
He recorded a team-high 185 rushing yards from just 12 carries and scored four touchdowns with his feet, leading to a 42-13 win for Alabama.
However, a consequence of Milroe being dominant on the ground was that his wide recievers hardly made contact with the ball. Milroe recorded just 109 passing yards, going 12-18.
Williams (who recorded 29 yards from two catches) did not seem to worry about this, as the Crimson Tide were able to win a potentially season-defining game.
Milroe on working with coach Kalen DeBoer
As well as apologising to his teammate for lack of opportunities, Milroe talked about playing under coach Kalen DeBoer. Milroe told the "Kalen DeBoer Show" on Monday:
"It's been awesome to have him here and have the opportunity to learn and grow as a player and also be around this new phase, in a sense. At some point, it was going to happen. No matter if it was now or 10 or 15 years. Whatever (Saban) chose it was going to happen. So what a great opportunity to learn and be around somebody different and expand my knowledge and be a student of the game,"
"(DeBoer) an offensive minded coach. So as quarterback, I'm bias, but it's awesome to have an offensive-minded head coach."
DeBoer had a rough start at Alabama this season. The Tide lost two games before November, something that almost never happened under former coach Nick Saban. However, with Milroe putting in the performance he did against LSU, it looks like things will get better for Alabama in terms of competing for the College Football Playoff.
