Michael Vick has had a long road behind him, from NFL fame to broadcaster to college coach. But there’s a side to him that only a few get to see. Among them is his daughter London, who showed her appreciation for him on Father’s Day.
She posted a picture of them sitting in a restaurant on her Instagram story, where Vick is seen kissing her temple. She captioned it:
“Love you forever and always 🤍”

London is Vick’s youngest daughter with his wife, Kijafa. Born in October 2007, she is a violinist. Vick’s other daughter, Jada, born in October 2004, plays flag football and is following in her father’s footsteps as a quarterback.
In a 2019 interview with SB Nation, before he was the coach of Norfolk State, Vick mentioned that he would like to be a coach someday. However, it came with a personal condition.
“Not until [his] kids grow older,” Vick had said.
Now that his kids are following their own paths, Vick is finally following his dream.
Michael Vick made an appearance at NRHA youth football camp
Outside the college gridiron, Michael Vick is also coaching young athletes towards success in life through sports. On Friday, he took part in a youth football camp in Norfolk, hosted by the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
About 250 student-athletes joined the camp, where they participated in football drills, team activities and listened to advice from a few local individuals, including Vick.
"It’s about learning to be together, to be around your peers, your friends, growing up together and setting goals," Vick said. “That’s what I told them today. It’s all about setting goals and trying to obtain things that you want to attain in the future. But it’s a one day at a time process and you got to enjoy it as well.
“The kids are the future of Norfolk, the future of America. It’s not always about football. I tell them that listening is a very important thing, learning to listen and comprehending.”
The students who attended said they had a great time and learned a lot.
