The 2024 SEC media days will be held this week (July 15-18) in Dallas, Texas. In the event, the coaches and players from each of the SEC member schools will speak about their hopes for the upcoming season.

Alabama Crimson Tide

This will be the first SEC media day without Nick Saban in 20 years. Alabama are the defending SEC champions, and they want to retain their title in head coach Kalen DeBoer's first year with the program.

Arkansas Razorbacks

Georgia Bulldogs

Kirby Smart's side is again one of the favorites to win the conference this year and have a strong chance of winning the national championship.

LSU Tigers

Ole Miss Rebels
