Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter are two of the most talked about athletes in all of college football.
The duo, who play for the Colorado Buffaloes, have become one of the most dangerous quarterback/wide receiver pairings this season, helping the team reach new heights.
The bond between the two is strong, and it is something that Travis Hunter is grateful for. On Sunday, a day after the Buffaloes won their eighth game of the season, Hunter posted a tribute to Shedeur on Instagram.

"God Gave Me A Brother," Sanders captioned.
The partnership between Hunter and Sanders started at Jackson State, the program that Deion Sanders used to coach before moving to the Buffaloes. When he moved, he brought his family with him, as well as Travis.
It further strengthened the bond between the two, and it continues to get stronger now that both of them are on the verge of being top five picks in next year's NFL draft.
Hunter has been the preferred target of Sanders this season, recording 911 yards and scoring nine touchdowns so far. This, paired with his work on defense, has led to Travis Hunter being in contention to win the Heisman Trophy.
Shedeur Sanders talks about how he "competes" with his father's legacy
While Travis Hunter may be like a family member for Shedeur Sanders, the Buffaloes quarterback will forever be compared to his father and coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, Deion Sanders.
Deion had a legendary two-sport career, excelling in both. It may be a lot for Shedeur to live up to and may put a lot of pressure on him; however, he sees it differently.
“A lot of people get in a position when their parents are successful, they shy from those things because of what the outside voice is telling them," Shedeur said on Saturday, via Well Off Media. "I’m blessed and thankful for what I do have and the resources I do have and just having my dad. A lot of people fall victim to not just appreciating what their parents did for them because of what outside noise is saying.”
For Shedeur, Deion is not someone to compete with, but to learn from. This is something that he has been doing for most of his career, using his father as someone to work with and thrive under.
Part of his mentality may be because his dad is also his coach but it is also a reflection of how the legendary football player raised his sons.
