Travis Hunter showed love for girlfriend Leanna Lenee's supportive post after Colorado's week 2 loss. Despite Colorado's tough 28-10 loss to the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday, Hunter found comfort in his girlfriend Leanna Lenee’s sweet Instagram post.

On Monday, Lenee shared a few photos of herself wearing a dress that displayed Hunter’s jersey number 12 and his face. Hunter responded to the post by posting two heart emojis in the comments.

Lenee replied to the comment with:

Hunter, a standout cornerback and wide receiver for the Colorado Buffaloes, has been dating Lenee for a year. He previously gifted her a custom 'Hello Kitty' Tesla Model X.

As for the game, Hunter recorded 10 receptions for 110 yards. Despite his efforts, the Buffaloes (1-1) struggled against the Huskers (2-0), who sacked quarterback Shedeur Sanders six times and consistently applied pressure.

Travis Hunter’s intense sideline exchange with Deion Sanders

Star Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter’s intense sideline exchange with head coach Deion Sanders has caught plenty of attention during a high-stakes Big Ten-Big 12 matchup. After the Buffaloes missed a critical field goal late in the second quarter, Hunter was visibly upset on the sidelines as Sanders tried to calm him down.

Adding to the drama, Nebraska defender Tommi Hill shared details of his verbal back-and-forth with Hunter during the game. According to Hill, he told Hunter,

“'It's going to be a rough game for you,'" Hill said.

Hill said that Hunter called him “trash,” but by the third quarter, Buffs WR wasn’t talking anymore, he added:

"I got in his head in the first and second quarter," Hill said. "So third quarter, he wasn't talking to me at all."

Matt Rhule’s Nebraska defense dominated the day with six sacks and 10 tackles for loss, securing a key win.

In the coming week, Colorado (1-1) will face Colorado State, while Nebraska (2-0) prepares to take on Northern Iowa.
