Oregon vs Wisconsin: Preview

Oregon is a 14-point favorite, while the over/under is set at 52 points.
The Ducks are the best team in the country and will very likely be playing in the playoffs. The next couple of games are about winning and staying healthy.
Heading into the game, Oregon coach Dan Lanning knows Wisconsin's Luke Fickell is a great coach so they can't overlook Wisconsin.
"I think coach Fickell's a great coach. Actually had to play against him when I was at Georgia, and he was at Cincinnati in the Peach Bowl, and he had a really, really good team there." Lanning said, via SI.
"I think he's proven that he can develop teams. We came down to a field goal barely to be able to win it, and it speaks just to the kind of culture he can create. And you see pieces of that coming together for him now at Wisconsin. I think he's doing a good job."
Oregon is led by Dillon Gabriel who has thrown for 2,848 yards, 22 touchdowns and five interceptions. Jordan James has rushed for 946 yards and 10 touchdowns. Tez Johnson has caught 64 passes for 649 yards and eight touchdowns.
The Ducks are led on defense by Tysheem Johnson who has three interceptions, Jordan Burch has six sacks and Bryce Boettcher has 60 tackles.
Wisconsin, meanwhile, is on a two-game losing streak and needs one more win to be bowl-eligible. Badgers coach Luke Fickell says playing Oregon is difficult on offense and defense.
“They are going to be challenged in different ways,” Fickell said, via Yahoo. “You can be challenged each and every week in a lot of different ways. This one will be one we maybe haven’t seen the entire year.
"The ability for them to throw the ball down the field, the dynamic of the wide receivers they have and the quarterback’s ability… to make plays both with his feet and through the air.”
The Badgers are led by Braedyn Locke who's thrown for 1,418 yards, eight touchdowns and eight interceptions. Tawee Walker has rushed for 676 yards and 10 touchdowns.
Defensively, Wisconsin is led by Preston Zachman who has two interceptions, Christian Alliegro has three sacks and Jaheim Thomas has 52 tackles.
Oregon should be able to go into Wisconsin and get a big win. The Ducks are one of the top teams in college football, while Wisconsin's offense will struggle to move the ball.
Prediction: Oregon 31, Wisconsin 14.
