The UTEP Miners will travel to face the No.10-ranked Tennessee Volunteers in Week 13 of the 2024 college football season. Saturday's game is set to commence at 1 p.m. ET from Bobby Dodd Stadium at Hyundai Field in Atlanta, Georgia.

Skyler Locklear will start as UTEP's quarterback against Tennessee on Saturday in Week 13. The signal-caller has done fairly well in his first season with the Miners but has struggled to get his team regular wins.

Locklear has completed 126 of 188 passes for 1,356 yards and thrown nine touchdowns, along with five interceptions. He has also added 161 yards and scored two touchdowns on 63 carries across eight games.

Locklear led UTEP to a 43-35 double-overtime win over Kennesaw State in Week 11. It was only the second time the quarterback led the Miners to a victory this season.

UTEP coach Scotty Walden also has Shay Smith as his team's QB2 and Michael Southern as the third-choice quarterback on the depth chart.
