College GameDay is always a surprise as it can sometimes go from breaking down a game to interviewing someone who loves the program to anything else under the sun. This week, the College GameDay crew was at Texas A&M for the Texas Longhorns vs. Texas A&M Aggies game, but something else was happening.
While being interviewed by Jess Sims, a Texas A&M superfan proposed to his girlfriend on national television, and the crowd was pumped to be there to witness it.
Nick Saban reacted to the moment with a hilarious story. He said his wife, Terry, bought them coffee cups. His says "Mr. Right" on it while hers says "Mrs. Never Wrong."
Texas vs. Texas A&M: Which team has the advantage?
Because of Georgia's incredible eight-overtime game on Friday, the winner of this matchup will face the Bulldogs in the SEC Championship Game while the loser will be out. With the No. 3 Texas Longhorns' Quinn Ewers banged up as he plays through an ankle sprain, it will be interesting to see how he does and how the Aggies retaliate.
Kyle Field, one of the most electric buildings in college football, will certainly have the No. 20 Texas A&M Aggies ready for a massive game. However, the Aggies have lost two of their previous three games and are starting to fade. According to ESPN Bet, the Longhorns are four-point road favorites and should be able to control this game.
Both teams' defenses are on two separate levels. The Longhorns have given up 16.3 points in their last four games, while the Aggies allowed 30.0 points in their previous three games. Expect the Texas Longhorns to secure a road win here and get their rematch against the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Championship Game.
