South Africa captain Faf du Plessis called on his team to "stay positive, stay strong" on Tuesday - 24 hours before they take on India at Southampton and try to avoid a third successive defeat at the World Cup.
Du Plessis and his players have suffered a nightmare week with defeats to England and Bangladesh, injury to fast bowler Lungi Ngidi which rules him out of the India match - while Dale Steyn is out of the tournament altogether with a shoulder injury.
