New Zealand captain Kane Williamson spoke about meeting the queen at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday.
The Black Caps batsman was joined by all the 2019 Cricket World Cup captains ahead of the opening fixture between England and South Africa on Thursday.
Williamson quipped that himself and the queen 'had a little chat, spoke about the weather' during their meeting.
New Zealand play their first World Cup match against Sri Lanka on Saturday.
