IPL 2019 had an explosive first week with the Ashwin-Buttler Mankad followed closely by two no balls - one that was called by the umpires and one that was not. It also had three centuries (Samson, Warner, Bairstow), a 99 (Prithivi Shaw) and a super over (DC v KKR)
