England captain Eoin Morgan said on Sunday that his side have "prepared for Pakistan at their best" ahead of their World Cup meeting at Trent Bridge on Monday - despite their opponents' emphatic defeat by West Indies in their opening match.
Pakistan were beaten by seven wickets by the West Indies - their 11th straight ODI defeat - while tournament favourites England thrashed South Africa by 104 runs.
