KPL 2015, Match 4: Hubli Tigers ready for Rockstars challenge

Hubballi, September 03, 2015: The paying public and TV viewers can expect high entertainment when local team Hubli Tigers clash with Sudeep Kiccha’s ‘Rockstars’ in the second match of the Karbonn Smart KPL 2015 on Friday, under lights.

In the last edition, India opener, KL Rahul hammered a century against the Rockstars to set his team to victory and will be eyeing to start Season IV on a high for himself and his team.

However, the presence of two former India cricketers and a state cricketer in the rooster of the Rockstars could mean a different ball game. Left-arm spinner Sunil Joshi, medium pacer David Johnson and offie C Raghu can put the brakes on opponents and bring about a change in fortunes for the Stars.

On the other hand, Raghu from the Rockstars did not hesitate to give his team chances of upsetting the cart of Hubli. “We definitely stand a chance this year and should be able to win two or three matches if not more. We have cricketers like Sunil Joshi, David Johnson and myself in the ranks and even though we are all above 35, we hope to put up a fight.”
