On Monday, June 17, the Adamas Howrah Warriors took on the Harbour Diamonds in the Bengal Pro T20 League 2024. The other game of the day was played between the Servotech Siliguri Strikers and the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers.
Sobisco Malda Smashers remain at the top of the Bengal Pro T20 League 2024 with six points and three consecutive victories. Murshidabad Kings, with four points, two wins from two games, and a NRR of +1.314, remain in second place.
Despite crashing to a defeat against the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers, Siliguri Strikers retained their third spot. The Strikers have two wins and as many losses from four games with a NRR of +0.038.
With their second win, the Adamas Howrah Warriors have jumped three spots to the fourth position with four points and a NRR of -0.133. The Kolkata Royal Tigers have also moved a position up and are placed fifth with four points (NRR of -0.186).
Medinipur Wizards, with two points and a NRR of -0.183, slipped from the fourth to the sixth position. Rarh Tigers dropped to the seventh position while the Harbour Diamonds continue to languish at the bottom of the table.

Adamas Howrah Warriors beat the Harbour Diamonds in the 12th match of the Bengal Pro T20 League 2024. Batting first, the Warriors put up a total of 179/4. Asif Hossain remained unbeaten on 99 while skipper Anustup Majumdar scored 44 runs, helping them set up a strong total.
In reply, the Diamonds lost early wickets and failed to recover. They were restricted to 148/8 from their 20 overs, losing by 31 runs. Chandrahas Dash (34), Suvankar Bal (35), and Badal Singh Balyan (37) scored some handy runs, but it wasn't enough to get them over the line. Saksham Sharma and Aamir Gani picked two wickets each.
Batting first in the other game, Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers managed to score 151/3 from their 20 overs. Karan Lal scored a fifty (53) while skipper Abhishek Porel (40) and Sandeep Tomar (36*) made vital contributions. Suraj Jaiswal claimed two wickets for the Siliguri Strikers.
Chasing the total, the Strikers lost half their side with just 40 runs on the board. They kept losing wickets as matters went from bad to worse for them, eventually being bowled out for 130 and falling short by 21 runs. Tarun Godara (32) and Akash Deep (34) were the only significant scorers.
Sayan Ghosh grabbed three wickets while Ananta Saha, Akash Pandey, and Saurabh Srivastava picked up two wickets each.
