The Sobisco Smashers Malda beat the Adamas Howrah Warriors in the 11th match of the Bengal Women’s Pro T20 League 2024. In the 12th match, the Rashmi Medinipur Wizards emerged victorious against the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers.
The Murshidabad Kueens continue to remain at the top of the points table with three wins in as many games. They are followed by the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers who have taken their points tally to four and net run rate to +0.733.
Shrachi Rarh Tigers and Sobisco Smashers Malda follow the Tigers in the points table. The Tigers have a net run rate of +0.136 whereas the Smashers have -0.659. Rashmi Medinipur Wizards grabbed their first win of the Bengal Women’s Pro T20 League 2024 and have jumped to the fifth spot.

The Sobisco Smashers Malda opted to bat first against the Adamas Howrah Warriors in the 11th match of the Bengal Women’s Pro T20 League 2024. Skipper Hrishita Basu top-scored with 44 as they posted 104 on the board. Prativa Mandi and Sushmita Ganguly grabbed two scalps each for the Warriors.
A collective bowling effort saw the Smashers restrict the Warriors to 81/9 to win the game by 23 runs. Soumashree Bhowmik and Priyanka Goldar picked up two wickets each for the Smashers which helped them defend the total successfully.
In the 12th match, the Rashmi Medinipur Wizards posted 123 on the board for the loss of six wickets against the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers. Skipper Kashish Agarwal played a brilliant knock of 69 at the top of the order. Mita Paul picked up three wickets for the Tigers.
In reply, the Tigers’ batters faltered. Skipper Paul top-scored with 28 but a lack of contributions from others resulted in them finishing their innings on 95/8, 28 short of the target. Debarati Guha grabbed three scalps for the Wizards which helped them register their first win in the Bengal Women’s Pro T20 League 2024.
