Maharashtra Premier League 2024 Top run-getters and wicket-takers after Eagle Nashik Titans vs Ratnagiri Jets (Updated) ft. Divyang Hinganekar

Ratnagiri Jets won the toss in the first qualifier against Eagle Nashik Titans and elected to bowl first. Arshin Kulkarni scored 52 runs off 37 deliveries and was the highest scorer for the Titans. Dhanraj Shinde provided the finishing touch to the innings with his knock of 36 runs off 16 deliveries.

The Titans made 158 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs. Pradeep Dadhe was the pick of the bowlers for the Jets and took four wickets for 12 runs in four overs. Kunal Thorat picked up three wickets for 27 runs in four overs.

The Jets lost their first wicket in the very first over of the run chase. But, they didn’t look back from that point. Divyang Hinganekar played a knock of 59 runs off 37 deliveries and set the stage. Abhishek Pawar’s knock of 42 runs off 28 deliveries sealed the game for the Jets.

The Jets reached the target of 159 runs in 18.4 overs with six wickets in hand. Mukesh Choudhary took two wickets for 46 runs in four overs for the Titans. The Titans will face the winner of the eliminator between Kolhapur Tuskers and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Kings in the second qualifier on Friday, June 21. The Jets have qualified for the finals, which will be played on Saturday, June 22.
