Shreyas Gopal will be playing in the KPL

Karnataka’s leading young all-rounder Shreyas Gopal is excited about the upcoming season of the Karnataka Premier League as he echoed similar thoughts that his state teammates CM Gautam and Karun Nair expressed recently. He has been an integral part of the team that has now won back-to-back Ranji Trophy titles and now he will be looking forward to replicate the same form in the T20 tournament next month.

He gave an insight about himself in a short Q&A session ahead of the new season.

1. What do you expect to achieve in KPL IV?

I hope to be in the winning team. That would be great.

2.How do feel when you have had a bad day on the field and what do you do to bounce back?

It happens to everyone so I try and learn from it

3. What is your fitness regime like?

A few gym sessions a week and some cardio

4. Who is your favourite player and who do you look up to?

Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble.

5. What is your favourite movie?
