Karnataka ended the second day against Mumbai firmly on top and are now favourites to reach the semifinals. Mayank Agarwal continued his sensational run of form with the bat. Unfortunately, he was unable to score a century as he was dismissed on 78.

He was supported extremely well by his other teammates with Kaunain Abbas, CM Gautam, and Shreyas Gopal all notching up half-centuries.

Gopal is currently not-out on 80 and is batting with R Vinay Kumar at the crease.

Apart from Shivam Dubey, who picked up five wickets, the Mumbai bowlers were not able to do much to trouble the Karnataka batsmen.

They will now look to build a huge lead and take the game out of Mumbai's hands.
