Bowlers have had a very good season in the Indian Premier League again, apart from the odd occasion when they have come up against the likes of Glenn Maxwell or AB de Villiers.
Ravindra Jadeja produced the best performance by any bowler this IPL when he produced a Man-of-the-Match winning performance against the Kolkata Knight Riders in the first game of the Indian leg of this season’s IPL. He picked up the wickets of Manish Paney, Shakib Al Hasan, Suryakumar Yadav and Robin Uthappa to end the game with sublime figures of 4 for 13.
There have been nine occasions on which a four-wicket haul has been taken this season, with Jadeja achieving the feat twice.
