India v Bangladesh: Quarter Final - 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup
Mashrafe Mortaza

#3 Marlon Samuels (17 years)

England v West Indies - 5th Royal London One Day International
Marlon Samuels

The West Indian all-rounder has been playing for his country for a long time, but still hasn't touched 200 ODI games. He made his debut as a 19-year-old in 2000 and has scored over 5000 runs but has not been able to perform consistently over a period of time.

Man of the Match in both the 2012 and 2016 finals of the World T20, Samuels was banned from international cricket for a period of 12 months in 2015 for an illegal bowling action.

He has been a controversial figure in West Indies cricket for a while now and was banned for two years in 2008 in connection with a match-fixing scandal where he passed match information to an alleged bookie.
