Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes releases for PC in December

Metal Gear Solid V : Ground Zeroes confirmed for PC release on Dec 18th

Konami has officially announced in a press meet that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be released for PC on December 18th, 2014. The game is set to be released in Steam and features more improvements in this PC version compared to other consoles.

Konami has also announced that the PC version of this game is 4K compatible and has increased number of simultaneous light sources and shadow resolution.

This game was released earlier in March for next gen consoles and was praised for its game mechanics, voice-acting, story and graphics. The story of the game takes place in 1975 after the Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and acts as a prequel for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain, set to be released in 2015.

Players control Big Boss (also known as Snake) in this game who infiltrates a secret prison base called ‘Camp Omega’, to rescue a Cipher agent and a Sandinista child soldier. The game features a large, open environment to explore and the time of day and weather plays a vital role in choosing missions. The game offers more replay but is criticized for its overall short length.
