Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire offering a free Shiny Beldum for a limited time

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has now officially launched in the US and includes a brand new episode as well as some cool legendary Pokemon. Besides this, the game is now offering a special promotion to players who purchase either of the games. Players who buy the game now will receive a Shiny Beldum, who will be holding a Mega Stone. Evolving your Beldum will give you and extremely powerful and highly rare Shiny Mega Metagross ready for battle. The Shiny Beldum will be available via the Nintendo Network from November 21 to January 14.

But this promotion will only be available to players who have played on or close to the games launch so if you want to get this rare Pokemon Beldum you will have to get into the game now. There will be one Shiny Beldum for every copy of the game. The promotion will be available until January 14th so players will have a limited time to purchase the game if they want this rare Pokemon. Missing out means you will just have to resort to the trading system to get the Beldum instead.

Even though there were no specific instructions given by Nintendo on how to get your pokemon, the process isn’t that hard to figure out. Once you get your Pokedex in game, just go back to the main screen and select Mystery Gift. Finish the process and then reload your game, the delivery girl should have your Beldum. Speak with her and receive your Shiny Beldum and save your game after so you don’t lose any progress.
