Treyarch could be releasing Call of Duty: World at War II in 2015

A sequel to Call of Duty World at War could be hitting the stores soon.

American game-development company Treyarch might be planning to shift the release of a possible Call of Duty: World at War to an early date, and reports on GamerHeadline suggest that it could be possible despite the fact that a Black Ops installment was said to be produced.

According to the report, the chances of a new Call of Duty: World at War edition being released is high since not many games have been released in quite some time who focussing on the second World War, thus giving Treyarch a rare chance of making this game a major seller since it will give a lot of fans what they want.

Sequel to 2008’s World at War?

Released in 2008, Call of Duty: World at War was the fifth major title in the Call of Duty series which received critical acclaim for returning to World War II setting. And now it looks like we might get a sequel to it going by the leaked cover which has been taken down.
