WWE 2K15 official roster to be revealed

While fans have been waiting patiently with excitement for the release of WWE 2K15, they have now got one more update regarding it and it’s a big one. The official roster for the game is going to be revealed during one of the most important pay-per-views of the WWE calender year – Summerslam.

It will be revealed at an event on the day before Summerslam at Los Angeles and will have John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Cesaro, Roman Reigns and Sheamus and it will be hosted by none other than the legendary Stone Cold Steve Austin. This information was revealed by the WWE 2K franchise via twitter.

We already have some information regarding the roster, but all the possibilities and rumors will be put to rest once the official one is unveiled. Apart from Darren Young’s inclusion in the roster, who is an openly gay wrestler, it was Sting’s inclusion that grabbed all the headlines expectedly as the 55 year old will debut in the game for the very first time.

The WWE 2K franchise welcomed the legend with a nice tribute calling him the face of WCW during the “Monday Night War” era. He appears in two characters in the game, one being the mysterious ghost like persona with trademark black and white paint and the other one which shows him sporting bright colors and a blond, flattop hairstyle.

The game will be launched on the 28th of October in North America and on the 31st of October in Europe, and it features a lot of new game modes for the fans.
