Sega have released a 15 minute video about the story of upcoming game Yakuza Zero. This game takes us back to the famous characters we know and love, essentially giving us an origin story. Sega have always released the Yakuza game series in Europe after a year from the game’s inital release in Japan.
This fifteen minute video trailer was released in their official website showing scenes from Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima’s perspective in the story. This game shows us how they got involved with the Yakuza and what drew them into the life in the late 1980’s. This game also takes place before the very first Yakuza, before they became the powerful men we know now.
Yakuza Zero: The Place Of Oath (the game’s full title) is set to release on March 12th, 2015 in Japan for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The trailer is released in Japanese language, the graphics, textures and cinematics looks rich and magnificent. Check out the trailer below.
