What's the point if the best talkers don't actually talk?

Can someone explain to me why there is no voice acting in like 90% of Career Mode or at all in Universe Mode? It is one of the most crucial aspects of any game’ s story, and the developers need to include actual lines from real wrestlers to provide a greater level of authenticity.
