Season 3
By now South Korean teams were considered the best teams in the world. South Korean teams had already begun their dominance in the globe winning every possible major trophy. 14 teams took part in the championship which had a prize pool of $2,050,000 USD which was a huge number back in 2013. SK Telecom the rookie squad from Korea took the championship in a convincing fashion.
SK Telecom went 7-1 in the Group stage barely dropping a sweat. They then defeated Gamania Bears 2-0 in quarterfinals before having a tough time against Najin Black Sword but eventually coming on top 3-2.
In the finals, SK Telecom didn't drop a single game against SRH. They Won the best of 5 3-0.
