Tottenham’s Marcus Edwards is rated at 58 which can go up to 84

#2 Mamadou Doucoure (Potential – 84, Growth – 22)

Doucoure joined Monchengladbach from PSG

Mamadou Doucoure is a Senegal-born French defender who plays for Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach. He joined the side in the summer last year on a five-year-deal from Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer but is yet to make his senior team debut.

Having already represented France at U-16, U-17 and U-18 level, the 18-year-old defender, has a lot of potential to make it as a top defender in the future. Standing at a towering 1.84 m, Doucoure is not afraid to use his physicality in the game.

The defender starts out at the game with a rating of 62 but the game developers definitely think a lot of him and have given him a high potential of 84. This means a growth by a massive 22 points. It does take a few seasons to get the best of him, but depending on his performances, his rating may well eclipse the 84 mark.
