Apex Legend has shaken the market since its initial release. The game gained massive player base in just a couple of hours. The game managed to cross the player base of 1 million in just 8 hours. It has now become even more prominent by crossing the player base of 25 million in just a week!

This is very surprising mainly due to the game being a battle royale. There has been a lot of battle royale's released in the past few years and only a few have managed to break the ice. Considering that PUBG and Fortnite are already prominent in the genre, Apex Legends have achieved quite a feat.

The game also hosted its first tournament in the Twitch Rivals series. Many popular streamers like Shroud, Dr Disrepect and Ninja were part of the tournament. Ninja won the tournament along with his partners King Richard and Dizzy. Apex Legends is also currently the most watched game on Twitch with Shroud alone pulling a massive crowd and had a viewer number of 200,000 at one time!

The game has been praised by multiple popular streamers and it seems to be on the right track.

Apex Legends will also introduce the ranking system soon. This is a highly requested feature. Fortnite is yet to introduce a ranking system and this is a major reason why many are leaving the game. Without the ranking system, games often feel stale and after some time, become boring. The ranking system keeps the competition alive and always give a reason to play more.

The game has also bought some cool items in celebration of Valentine's day. Although the game is free to play, there are microtransactions available. It has become immensely popular and it would be interesting to see how far the game goes.
