BioShock to be released for iPad and iPhone users this summer

BioShock announced for iPad and iPhone.

2k Games has announced that Irrational Games’ 2007 classic BioShock will soon be available on iPad and on iPhone, IGN confirms.

The game which was released for consoles and PC in 2007 is now available on portable devices. There are some graphical and interface compromises made because of the lack of good hardware, but the game has delivered on the cinematic immersion and imaginative production design of the PC and console releases.

The pricing details and release date have not yet been confirmed by 2K games, but 2K has said that it will be a “premium-priced mobile game” that will be coming out “later this summer”.
