Fans of the famous puzzle platforming game, Contrast are in for a treat as the developers are creating a new game, We Happy Few. The game has been under development since early 2014 and is set to make its debut at PAX East in March.
The game has a unique art style that the developers are known for and a dark undertone to the game. The characters walk around with white ominous masks and the world is created with bright eye popping colurs and old time music playing in the background. Compulsion games is taking the view points of their fans into consideration and is looking to build the game around feed back given by fans online.
“With WHF, we’re doing things differently. Starting at PAX, we’re going to be opening up development to people who want to get involved. This means getting people playing the game early on, and pushing out constant content updates based on community feedback. The game trailer seems to be from the first person perspective. If this is the case then it is a major change when compared to the game, Contrast. Fans will hear more about the game from Compulsion Games at the PAX East event.
