Upon starting up a fresh EA FC 25 Manager Career Mode run, you will be asked to make some gameplay settings. Here, you can ensure that your journey as a manager stays interesting over time.
1) Choose a weak team
While it can be really fun to take charge of your favorite clubs, those who would like to see a bit of challenge should go with a weaker team. Players in such clubs should have relatively lower or average ratings, and although this can make matches harder against top clubs, winning those games or competitions like the Champions League will feel even more rewarding.
You can take this experience to the next step by managing youth players at the club, developing them over seasons and eventually replacing the squad with home-grown talent. The Youth Development Rate can also be tweaked in the settings.
2) Use Tactical AI Behaviour
How the opponent AI behaves can really dictate how engaging a match can be. Raising or lowering the difficulty is one way to do that, but setting AI Behaviour to Tactical in EA FC 25 Manager Career Mode can make it even more interesting.
This setting slightly fluctuates CPU decision-making in every match. This should even make multiple fixtures against the same opponent feel a little different.
3) Utilize Player Roles
Player Roles offer a more immersive experience as a manager by letting you decide what role a player will take up for your team. Setting roles for each player should let you dictate how your team behaves on the pitch to a good extent and switching them up over the season with new signings can add some freshness to the gameplay.
4) Participate in Rush tournaments with youth players
Rush is a brand new addition to the EA FC franchise and it lets you participate in 5v5 games. In Manager Career Mode, you can compete in bi-monthly EA FC 25 Rush tournaments with your club's youth players. This will not only allow you to experience this new and exciting feature but also help with the development of your club's young talent.
These were some tips for Manager Career Mode in EA FC 25. You, obviously, don't need to follow them strictly but utilizing them might help in keeping this mode interesting over time.
