A new concept artwork for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has now surfaced online. A user on Reddit stumbled upon the artwork done by Naughty Dog Concept Artist Eytan Zana. Zana released a high resolution version of one of the two concept art pieces he has been working on for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End which will also be included in the artbook titled The Art of Naughty Dog.

Zana has promised to post the other piece of concept art sometime soon. This particular artwork shows the game in a much more darker setting with an injured Nathan Drake on the beach, similar to the first footage of the game shown at E3 earlier in 2014. But Naughty Dog has stated that the tone of the game will be nothing like its darker title ‘The Last of Us’. The game will be nowhere near as depressing and will have elements of humor with Nathan cracking a few jokes, so overall a much lighter tone than as portrayed in the concept art.

More footage from the game will be revealed next week at the upcoming PlayStation Experience held in Las Vegas and while the artwork is beautiful to gaze at, hopefully the game looks even better. The game is slated to release late in 2015 exclusively for the PS4. Meanwhile check out the latest trailer for Unchartered 4: A Thief’s End.
