There is nothing harder in FIFA than picking up only the 11 best players from the top leagues in Europe. While La Liga might not be as competitive as the Premier League but Spain's top division boasts of having a few of the best teams in the world. Teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have their players clogged up in the top shelf of FIFA ratings every year, which makes it even harder for anyone to choose just 11 players out of the lot! But we have done it with a 4-3-3 formation. So let's take a look at La Liga's best XI from FIFA 18.

Goalkeeper: Jan Oblak (88)

Atletico Madrid have a habit of producing world class goalkeepers like David De Gea, Thibaut Courtois and now Jan Oblak. In recent years, Oblak has turned himself into an impressive shot-stopper and has filled the void left by Courtois in goal, after he returned to Chelsea in 2014 at the end of his loan spell with the Madrid giants. His 6'2" height is just perfect for any goalkeeper to have a good reach as well as good reflexes. He is mainly known for his quick reflexes and superior command over the ball at all times.

Oblak's place in this team is well earned as he has been able to beat world beaters like Keylor Navas and Ter Stergen. Both these players have an impressive 85 rating card but they are still far behind Oblak's 88 rated card!

Back Four: Dani Carvajal (84),Sergio Ramos (90),Diego Godin (88),Marcelo (87)

This defence could choose any league and they will still form one of the best back four line-ups in the world! Sergio Ramos has taken his game to another level due to his immaculate heading skills and leadership skills. Very few could lead a team to two consecutive Champions League titles! Diego Godin who has also managed to feature in this list above the likes of Pique, Varane and Mascherano. The 31-year-old has worked very hard to be at the top level year after year.

The full-back spots are covered by none other than Dani Carvajal and Marcelo. Both of them played a very important role in the recent success of the Madrid club under Zinedine Zidane and rightfully pips other contenders for the spot. The ability of these players to contribute in attack while also possessing the qualities to not get caught out in defence makes for a great success recipe.

Just imagine as an attacker that you have Iniesta to provide inch perfect passes, Kroos to provide outstanding crosses and Modric to provide amazing midfield support. Gives you goosebumps? This is the midfield pairing of the best La Liga XI! And now you know why players like Isco, Koke Rakitic have not made it to the list.

Iniesta still at the age of 32 is ruling the midfield like anything while Kroos and Modric are the main pillars of this invincible Real Madrid side. They can also provide great security to the defence with their solid defensive stats.

These three are the highest rated attackers in FIFA 18. Choosing the attackers in La Liga might have looked like the most difficult job when you have to consider leaving out players like Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Antoinne Griezmann. However, Ronaldo and Messi, two of modern football's biggest icons alongside arguably the most clinical striker in the world in the form of Suarez was almost a given.

The trio's stats are so amazing that EA has this yearly headache of choosing which one should be given a higher rating in the game. Imagine if on any given day these three play together, what a spectacle would it be!
