Games to be released in February 2014 for the Indian market

Thief is an upcoming stealth video game developed by Eidos Montreal.

February is going to see the release of eight new games including reboots of older franchises.

From Thief to the Lego Movie Game, this month is an exciting time to be a gamer.

• Tomb Raider – Definitive Edition:

Released on 1st of February for PS4 and Xbox One, Tomb Raider – Definitive Edition Square Enix’s latest mod to the previous game released last year. The edition will be containing all the DLCs from the previous instalment. Mind you, the game is exactly the same as the last one leaving out some new facial and animation system for Lara Croft.

• The Lego Movie Videogame:

The Lego Movie Videogame is an upcoming action-adventure video game in development by TT Game and is being released on almost over every platform out there. The game is based upon the animated movie titled ‘The Lego Movie’ which is releasing alongside the game on 7th February.

• Lightning Returns – Final Fantasy XIII:

Developed by Square Enix, Lightning Returns – Final Fantasy XIII is a role-playing game and is the sequel to the previous instalment Lightning Returns – Final Fantasy XIII-2. It will be available for only Xbox 360 and PS3 as of now. The release date is set to 14th February.

• Plants vs. Zombies – Garden Warfare:

The ultimate battle for brainz as they say — Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is coming exclusively first to Xbox One and Xbox 360 followed by PC and other platforms. The game will feature co-op along with competitive multiplayer modes where players can control the zombies as well as plants. It will be released on 21st February.

• Thief:

A reboot of the classic Theif series, Thief is an upcoming stealth video game developed by Eidos Montreal and published by Square Enix and will be released at the end of this month, 28 February. It will be available for almost all the platforms including Xbox 360, PS3 and Windows.

Released for PS4 in India, Rayman Legends is the fifth main title in the Rayman series. It is scheduled to be released along with Thief on 28 February.
