EA already confirmed the existence of the next entry in the Need for Speed series, way before E3 2019 kicked off. The game was scheduled to release fall 2019 but surprisingly the game hasn't been announced even though we are already in the third quarter of the year.

In EA's latest earnings call, however, Andrew Wilson confirmed that the next Need for Speed game will be revealed at this year's Gamescom event.

We'll take the wraps off our new Need for Speed game heading into Gamescom in a few week

Whether we will get a cinematic teaser or full-fledged gameplay reveal is still up for questioning but it seems though we are getting the news regarding the next NFS game pretty soon.

In other news, a recent listing from Australian retailer Gamesware website sort of confirmed that the next NFS game is called "Heat." It also revealed what seems to be the game's official cover art. The listing was removed soon after.

It seems though we might get all the information in less than two weeks.

#3 Elden Rings gameplay reveal

FromSoftware studio, who were behind the Dark Souls, Bloodborne and 2019's Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, are going big with their next project which is an open-world action RPG called "Elden Ring."

A game that will be set in a Norse location and features terrifying boss battles of the same caliber as seen in previous FromSoftware titles.

What's exciting is that Elden Ring is a collaboration between Hidetaka Miyazaki and the critically acclaimed writer George R.R. Martin.

Revealed back at E3, a recent listing from a Russian game publication confirmed that the first gameplay footage of the game will be shown at this year's Gamescom but behind the closed doors, which means that the only people who will get to watch this game's footage are the press and the media people.

This sure sounds disappointing but here's hoping that this news is false and as Namco Bandai will be present during the opening event, who knows we all might get to see the game up and running.
