The main event of Genshin Impact's version 5.2 will provide players with a free 4-star weapon, and prominent leaker HomDGCat speculates it to be a sword. Genshin Impact 5.2 leaks show three new 4-star weapons

According to recent leaks from HomDGCat, three new 4-star weapons will be added in Genshin Impact's 5.2 update, including the free weapon that will be provided during the flagship event.

Below are the names and effects of all three weapons coming in v5.2:

1) The Calamity of Blighted Springs (Sword)

The Calamity of Blighted Springs is leaked to be an upcoming 4-star sword and will be given out for free during the main event of v5.2. It is expected to boast the following stats:

Base ATK at Level 90	565
Secondary stat at Level 90	27.6% ATK

As for the passive effect, this is what the sword offers at refinement one (R1):

"While the equipping character is protected by a shield, Normal and Charged Attack damage is increased by 20%. Additionally, Crit Rate for Normal and Charged Attacks is increased by 8%."

2) Flower-Wreathed Feathers (Bow)

HomDGCat has revealed that Flower-Wreathed Feathers will be an upcoming 4-star bow that may be added to the gacha banners. It is speculated to offer the following stats:

Base ATK at Level 90	510
Secondary stat at Level 90	41.3% ATK

It also provides the below-mentioned passive effect at R1:

"Gliding Stamina consumption is decreased by 15%. While aiming with a bow, the user's Charged Attack damage increases by 6% every 0.5 seconds. Maximum six stacks. This effect is removed after 10 seconds of leaving the aim mode."

3) Waveriding Whirl (Catalyst)

Waveriding Whirl is leaked to be a new catalyst of the 4-star rarity. Like the previous entry, it is speculated to be available on the gacha banner. It may provide the following main stats:

Base ATK at Level 90	454
Secondary stat at Level 90	61.3% Energy Recharge

At R1, the catalyst is expected to provide the following passive ability:

"Swimming Stamina consumption is decreased by 15%. After using the elemental skill, the user's max HP is increased by 20% for 10 seconds. Each Hydro character in the party gives an HP bonus of of additional 12%. The maximum bonus that can be availed this way is 24%."
