Genshin Impact has released a web event called An Introduction to Perfumery, featuring the renowned perfumer from Fontaine, Emilie. During its run, you must answer a few of Emilie's scent selection questions and get a perfume based on your answers. Completing the event will reward you with several in-game rewards, such as Primogems and character ascension materials.

An Introduction to Perfumery is a new Genshin Impact web event featuring Emilie. You can click here to play it and win free rewards. Note that the event will only last until August 7, 2024.

How to play An Introduction to Perfumery

As mentioned earlier, you only have to answer four scent selection questions from Genshin Impact's Emilie. There is no correct answer, and you can select any option you like.

Furthermore, Emilie's perfume recommendation at the end of the event will vary depending on the items you choose.

Here are all four scent selection questions from Emilie:

1. A flower shop on the street is handing out a free bouquet. Which type of flower would you choose?

Pluie Lotus
Romaritime Flower
Rainbow Rose
Lumidouce Bell

2. If you were to take a photo at one of the following locations, which would you choose?

Palais Mermonia
Chioriya Boutique
Vasari Passage
Cafe Lutece

3. Which of the following is your forte during your adventures?

Completing commissions
Defeating monsters
Making new friends
Exploring ruins

4. Which of the following categories of content do you read first when reading newspapers?

Gossip
Beauty column
Crime novels
Fashion features

After selecting all four of your options, click on Submit to get a perfume recommendation from Emilie.

You can also select a gift to go with the perfume. Once you've picked the item, click on the gift box to get a perfume description card. You can also save it if you like.

Here are the rewards that you can obtain by completing the event:

Primogem x40
Nagadus Emerald Fragment x3
Mystic Enhancement Ore x2
Mora x20,000

You can collect these rewards from the in-game mailbox.

It is also worth adding that you can replay the event and unlock up to six perfumes. That said, you won't get any additional rewards.
